Join us as a Assistant Project Lead New Installation - Temporary Contract Your main responsibilities Provide administrative support to New Installation (NI) Project Managers to help keep projects organized and moving forward.

Requirements

  • High School diploma required
  • Prior administrative assistant experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with billing, including follow‑ups on ESM tickets and coordination with the Business Service Center (BSC)
  • Supporting certified payroll documentation
  • Assisting with permit tracking and coordination
  • Handling general administrative tasks to support NI Project Managers as needed
