The January Center provides adult men who are under the supervision of the Department of Correction or the Court Support Services Division with residential treatment to address a history of problematic sexual behavior. In addition to treatment, clients are supported with psycho-educational and case management services. The program’s primary goal is to promote positive behavioral change and reduce the risk of reoffending. The Assistant Program Manager is responsible for supporting the Program Manager in managing and supervising the day-to-day operations of the program including staff scheduling and supervision, training and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a residential setting and have strong communication skills, demonstrate an attention to detail, as well as understand recovery oriented and trauma informed care/programming. This position shares on-call responsibilities and supervises Residential Aide staff. Working within Adult Services, the Assistant Program Manager, works with Community Justice program staff to help to rehabilitate, educate, and successfully guide clients from incarceration back into the community.
