This position is located in Rutland, MA. The available schedule for this position is Sunday 7am-11pm and Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 1pm-11pm. Devereux - Massachusetts serves students with various complex psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders, including but not limited to Autism Spectrum Disorder. Devereux's Trafford House serves Females 12-21. With various psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders, this program has a 1 staff to 4 students ratio and is focused on increasing independence and preparing students for moving on from Devereux. As an Assistant Program Manager, you will be passionate about working with and helping youth, provide and ensure therapeutic interventions in a compassionate and safe environment, collaborate with the Program Manager/Director to create program vision and a positive working environment, assist with the planning and implementation of programming for individuals, and assist with staffing and other aspects of program management as needed. You will possess a high level of organizational and communication skills. Being an Assistant Program Manager at Devereux has its advantages!
