Requirements

Two years of experience as a Supervisor in a California Social Services Agency
One and one-half (1.5) years must have consisted of supervising Eligibility or Social Services Program staff
Five (5) years social / eligibility work experience in a public, non-profit, or private social service agency
Two (2) years must have been comparable to a Social Service or Eligibility Supervisor
Possession of a valid California Class C drivers license is required upon appointment

Valid government issued photograph identification is required for admittance to the examination.
Background check may be conducted.
May be required to submit to post offer medical and drug screening tests at County expense.

Nice To Haves

A college degree can substitute for six (6) months of the experience requirement, not including the one and one-half (1.5) years as an Eligibility or Social Services Supervisor.
