About The Position

Climb Wyoming is offering an exciting opportunity for a strong advocate and collaborator to join our Gillette team. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills and is passionate about supporting others. In addition to working directly with our participants and community partners, this position will drive team systems and processes, as well as manage the site’s fiscal and data reporting. You’ll be part of a positive and flexible workplace where people are valued, trusted, and supported. ABOUT CLIMB WYOMING Climb Wyoming’s mission is to help low-income single mothers discover self-sufficiency through career training and placement. To date, the program has helped thousands of families overcome poverty, the effects of which will be felt for generations to come. The basis of the Climb model is a job training and placement program, but there is more to permanent life change than getting a job. Essential elements of the Climb model also include skills that ensure participants maintain successful relationships on the job and far into the future. Requirements

  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ years relevant experience
  • Respect and compassion for vulnerable populations
  • Experience working with low-income families is helpful
  • Warm, approachable, and passionate about working directly with those most in need
  • Proactive and organized leader, skilled in managing team initiatives, developing strategy, tracking progress, and meeting deadlines
  • Adept at navigating complex systems and juggling competing priorities
  • Detail-oriented and experienced with general fiscal and administrative processes
  • Thoughtful and compassionate, able to listen actively without judgment
  • Critical thinker with a high level of self-awareness and emotional intelligence
  • Collaborative and excel in a team environment
