Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Two years supervisory and management experience and/or 2 years' experience in the field of addiction and recovery.
  • Compassion and understanding for individuals on their recovery journey from addiction.
  • Commitment to client empowerment and growth, human rights, and community integrations required.

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of DPH Bureau of Substance Addiction Services (BSAS) regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Works collaboratively with clinical and administrative staff to assist with operational and organizational functions of the Opioid Treatment Program (OTP).
  • Supports the operations of the OTP to help meet the defined mission and goals.
  • Becomes familiar with all regulatory requirements of federal, state and local regulatory and/or accrediting bodies in order to help ensure compliance.
  • Responsible for safety and security requirements of the OTP, including the management of external security, any internal safety staff and completion of drills and audits per schedule.
  • Responsible for helping with marketing and advocacy efforts.
  • Oversees caseload management, record keeping, quality assurance, and utilization reviews as required.
