- Prior college-level teaching experience.
- Record of publication, or for early scholars, demonstrated potential for scholarly productivity

Responsibilities
- Teaches a 4/4 course load in various formats as necessary. (Formats may include on-campus days and evenings, online, and hybrid.)
- Serves on Department, College, and University committees.
- Maintains an active scholarly life.
- Maintains regular office hours for student consultations.
- Participates in curriculum and program development.
- Participates in Department, College, and University functions. Participation at commencement, College and Department faculty meetings is mandatory.
- Performs other duties as assigned or required.
