ASSISTANT PROFESSOR OR PRACTITIONER IN RESIDENCE OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION Nolen School of Business & Professional Studies Faculty Member Bridgewater College, Nolen School and the Department of Economics and Business Administration seeks a full-time 9-month tenure-track assistant professor or non-tenure track practitioner in residence of Business Administration beginning August 17, 2026. Successful candidates will have an MBA or master’s in a closely related field and verifiable work experience in the accounting field. Preference will be given to candidates who have a certified public accounting credential and a Ph.D. or D.B.A. in Business or closely related field and who can demonstrate successful teaching experience, the ability to work in a team environment, and the ability to relate their professional experience and knowledge to the needs and interests of students in a small college environment. Responsibilities include the ability to teach undergraduate-level courses in accounting and finance as well as other courses that align with the candidate’s expertise and department’s needs. Additional responsibilities will include recruiting, advising, and mentoring students; assessment and continuous improvement of the departmental programs; participating in departmental and committee assignments; and maintaining personal service and scholarship (if seeking a tenure-track position). Pay is offered at a competitive salary. This full-time 9-month position offers a full benefits package, including paid tuition at BC or at other select participating institutions for eligible dependents.
