About The Position
The Department of Neurology at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) is seeking a board-certified neurologist with fellowship training in Epilepsy to join our faculty at the Assistant Professor level. This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral member of a well-established and growing Epilepsy Program within a nationally recognized academic medical center. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality clinical care, advancing academic initiatives, and contributing to a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
Requirements
- MD or equivalent
- Board-certified neurologist
- Fellowship training in Epilepsy
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive clinical care within the MUSC Epilepsy Program
- Participate actively in the education and mentorship of medical students, neurology residents, and epilepsy fellows
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered epilepsy care
- Engage in scholarly activity, with opportunities to develop an independent or collaborative clinical research program
