About The Position

The Assistant Professor of Management is a 9-month tenure-track position in the Management, Marketing, and Technology department. Responsibilities include teaching required courses per semester. Classes take place in the mornings, at night (1 night/week), and/or online. During summers (subject to funding, department need, and availability) all full-time faculty members, including Instructors, may teach an additional 2 courses for 15% of their 9-month salary, over a 5-week period of time. Serve on University, College, School, and Department committees. Engage with the regional business community. This position is governed by state and federal laws, and agency/institution policy.

Requirements

Ph.D. or D.B.A. degree in Management, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Leadership, or a closely related field from an AACSB-accredited school
Teaching experience
Professional work experience supporting teaching assignments
Record of research
Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment

Experience in the industry, teaching, and research is preferred
