Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center is seeking applicants for two Legal Process (Legal Research and Writing) faculty positions for its nationally recognized FlexTime JD Program at its new Great Falls, Montana campus, starting in July 2027. Legal Process is a six-credit first-year course, with three credits in the fall semester focusing on predictive writing and three credits in the spring semester focusing on persuasive writing, along with an introduction to client interviewing. Touro's innovative FlexTime JD Program combines in-person instruction (required only on Sundays) with online asynchronous coursework completed during the week, designed to accommodate students with existing careers and family obligations by breaking down geographic and scheduling barriers.
