Requirements

  • Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or DBA) in Finance from an AACSB-accredited program.
  • Applicants who are ABD will be considered if all degree requirements are expected to be completed by the start date.
  • Demonstrate the potential for effective teaching and research leading to publication in refereed journals in the finance area.

Responsibilities

  • Teach undergraduate and graduate finance courses aligned with the candidate's expertise and departmental needs.
  • Maintain an active research agenda, leading to publications in high-quality refereed journals, and engage in scholarly activities consistent with AACSB standards.
  • Contribute to department, college, and university governance through committee work.
  • Advise and mentor students.
  • Support student organizations and experiential learning activities.
  • Participate in professional and community service.
