The Assistant Professor of Education Policy is a nine-month, tenure-track faculty appointment at the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville. This position is expected to conduct research, publish in peer-reviewed journals, teach graduate courses, and fulfill other related service activities. The primary focus will be on conducting research and advising/mentoring doctoral students. Teaching approximately two graduate seminars per year on assigned topics will be a secondary responsibility. This role supports the University’s 150 Forward priorities of student success, research excellence, and an employer-of-choice environment. This is an in-person position requiring on-campus presence for essential functions such as office hours, student advising, collaborative work, and committee meetings. Regular, reliable attendance and the ability to maintain harmonious working relationships are also essential.
