About The Position

The Assistant Professor will be responsible for teaching and participating in all aspects of curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation for the Physician Assistant Studies program. This includes teaching and mentoring students in both the didactic and clinical phases of the curriculum. Additional duties involve scholarly activity, student advising, serving on school and university committees, and other assigned tasks.

Requirements

• Master's or higher degree from an accredited institution.
• Current NCCPA certification.
• Licensed PA in the state of Texas or eligible for license in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience.

Nice To Haves

• Doctoral Degree.
• Five years of clinical experience.

Responsibilities
