Position Summary The Department of Human Services at Metropolitan College of New York invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track faculty position to teach within the Core Curriculum, with emphasis on Biology (BIO), particularly the Social Determinants of Health, as well as Pedagogical Theory and Social Justice frameworks. The appointment will begin in Fall 2026. We seek a dynamic educator-scholar committed to interdisciplinary teaching, and student success in a diverse urban college environment. The successful candidate will contribute to undergraduate instruction in biology (with a focus on health disparities and community health), educational theory, and social justice perspectives within human services education.
