About The Position

Nine-month tenure track faculty appointment with academic and clinical teaching responsibilities. The selected candidate will mentor undergraduate and graduate students in the classroom and the clinic, conduct and disseminate research in area(s) of interest. Provide service to university, community, state and profession. The successful candidate must effectively mentor students in academic, clinical, and research activities. In addition, successful candidates will need to meet the United States criteria for eligibility for employment. This posting is being used to fill two vacancies; applicants will be considered for both available positions. These positions are on-campus positions and are not eligible for remote work.

Requirements

  • Research Degree (Ph.D., EdD.) in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field; ABD candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Must hold the ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and be eligible for Kansas licensure.
  • May consider qualified applicants who are interested in pursuing a terminal degree.
  • meet the United States criteria for eligibility for employment.
