About The Position

This is a nine-month, tenure-track faculty appointment with academic and clinical teaching responsibilities. The selected candidate will mentor undergraduate and graduate students in the classroom and clinic, conduct and disseminate research in their area(s) of interest, and provide service to the university, community, state, and profession. The successful candidate must effectively mentor students in academic, clinical, and research activities. Additionally, successful candidates will need to meet the United States criteria for eligibility for employment.

Requirements

  • Research Degree (Ph.D., EdD.) in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field; ABD candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Must have CCCs and be eligible for Kansas licensure.
  • May consider qualified applicants who are interested in pursuing a terminal degree.
  • Meet the United States criteria for eligibility for employment.

  • All areas of expertise within the field of communication sciences and disorders will be considered.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with clinical and/or teaching experience.
