North Idaho College is seeking a passionate and student-centered educator to join our Dental Hygiene Program as an Assistant Professor of Dental Hygiene. This is an opportunity to help shape the next generation of dental hygienists in a supportive, hands-on learning environment focused on clinical excellence, professionalism, and compassionate patient care. Faculty in this role provide classroom, laboratory, and clinical instruction while mentoring and advising students throughout their academic journey. Responsibilities include developing engaging learning experiences, evaluating student performance, supporting accreditation and assessment efforts, supervising students in clinical settings, and contributing to curriculum development and program improvement. This position also plays an active role in recruitment, community partnerships, college service, and collaboration with adjunct and clinical faculty.
