• Expertise in experimental, analytical, or instrumental approaches relevant to the characterization of chemicals, materials, formulations, or biological systems.
• Ability to teach undergraduate chemistry.
• Interest and capacity to develop and teach courses in cosmetic science.
• Commitment to undergraduate teaching, research mentorship, and student development.
