About The Position

Marvin Ronaoke is looking for a 1st Shift Assistant Supervisor to join us. The Assistant Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Supervisor in leading and supervising the department. This person must be able to maintain the stability of the department when the Supervisor is unable to be present.

Requirements

• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office
• Must have a strong ability to multitask and prioritize daily responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Provides employees with tools, information, knowledge and support to meet production goals.
• Partners with Supervisor on process changes and continuous improvement projects.
• Approachable, Listens, and Encourages to ensure a positive culture; Creating a great place to work.
• Assists in training, performance reviews, and disciplines.
• Supports daily productivity by balancing labor against goals
• Communicates and involves appropriate support departments when needed.
• Meets and maintains quality measures
• Meets and maintains safety measures(OSHA incident rate)
• Additional duties as assigned
