About The Position

Cintas is seeking an Assistant Production Manager to lead production partners and production supervisors and manage operations in a fast-paced industrial laundry plant, which may operate across multiple shifts. The role has key management responsibility and accountability for the plant’s bottom-line results. The position oversees areas including budgets, safety, production flow, material costs, wastewater management, and departmental profit and loss. It also involves motivating, training, and directing Production Supervisors and entry-level production workers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of production supervisory experience preferred.
• P&L and budget experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of production partners and production supervisors.
• Manage aspects of a fast-paced industrial laundry plant, potentially across multiple shifts.
• Monitor the budget, safety, production flow, material costs, wastewater management, and departmental profit and loss.
