About The Position

An Assistant Produce Team Leader is a positive, motivated servant leader who is always looking to learn. This role involves assisting the Produce Team Leader in all department tasks, leading, training, coaching, and communicating with Team Members, and engaging in daily customer interactions. The position requires sharing food knowledge, overseeing Food Safety, Safety, and Sanitation, managing day-to-day operations, merchandising, and quality control of all department offerings. Additionally, the role focuses on driving department sales while managing department shrink and expenses, and managing department labor and productivity.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age
• Ability to reliably meet required work schedule and adhere to company attendance policy
