About The Position

This role is responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service, establishing and maintaining a safe, clean environment that encourages customers to return, and achieving sales and profit goals for the department while maintaining quality assurance standards. The Assistant Produce Leader will monitor all functions, duties, and activities related to the Produce department and demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. Dillons, which merged with The Kroger Company in 1983 and operates over 60 stores in Kansas, is part of the Kroger family of companies.
