In addition to driving instructional excellence, the Assistant Principal supports campus leadership in their varied responsibilities and initiatives. They help build and maintain a school culture where staff feel cared for, developed, and heard, while fostering a safe, structured, and effective learning environment. Ultimately, this leader helps ensure that every scholar has access to a life-altering education.
