This role involves supporting the effectiveness of curriculum, instruction, and assessment practices, as well as ensuring student, staff, and school safety. The Assistant Principal will also be involved in staff assignments and evaluations, fostering positive school and community relationships, and supervising school events. A key aspect of the role is developing strong communication and collaboration with students, staff, and parents, and sharing responsibility for implementing district discipline and attendance policies.
