About The Position

The Assistant Principal of Operations serves as a key member of the school’s leadership team and works in direct support of the Principal to ensure smooth, efficient, and family-centered school operations. This role oversees enrollment, marketing, tuition management, scholarship systems, vendor partnerships, and the development of schoolwide operational systems. The A.P of Operations ensures that families, staff, and stakeholders experience clear communication, timely support, and high-quality service throughout the school year.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, CRM/SIS systems, and digital communication tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience in school operations, nonprofit administration, or enrollment management strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project-management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a faith-based school environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full enrollment cycle, including inquiries, tours, applications, acceptance, and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate enrollment data and reporting through the school’s CRM and SIS platforms.
  • Coordinate with the Principal to set enrollment goals and monitor progress.
  • Support families through the admissions process with clear communication and timely follow-up.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase visibility and attract new families.
  • Manage digital presence, including website updates, social media content, and community announcements.
  • Build relationships with parish partners, neighborhood organizations, and feeder programs.
  • Support the creation of promotional materials and school branding.
  • Design, refine, and maintain operational systems that support daily school functioning (arrival/dismissal, communication workflows, event logistics, forms, data collection, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the Principal to ensure systems are efficient, family-friendly, and aligned with school priorities.
  • Train staff on new systems and provide ongoing support.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for families regarding enrollment, tuition, scholarships, and general school operations.
  • Draft and distribute clear, timely communication on behalf of the school.
  • Support the Principal with stakeholder updates, newsletters, and community messaging.
  • Oversee the scholarship portal, including application tracking, award communication, and compliance documentation.
  • Manage tuition accounts, payment plans, and billing coordination.
  • Work with families to resolve questions or concerns related to financial aid or tuition.
  • Maintain relationships with school vendors (technology, maintenance, curriculum, supplies, etc.).
  • Support contract renewals, service scheduling, and vendor communication.
  • Identify new partnerships that enhance school operations or family services.
  • Work closely with the Principal to support strategic planning and operational decision-making.
  • Assist with school events, registration days, open houses, and community gatherings.
  • Provide data, reports, and operational insights to support school leadership.
