About The Position

Rocky Mountain Prep (RMP) is seeking a Bilingual Assistant Principal of Operations (APO) fluent in Spanish and English to join their campus leadership team at the Rocky Mountain Prep Federal campus. This is a 100% in-person role, not remote or hybrid. The APO will be a key member of the campus leadership team, working daily alongside staff, students, and families. RMP is a network of college-preparatory schools dedicated to democratizing college access for historically marginalized students in Colorado, with a deep investment in educator growth. The APO plays a critical role in driving organizational goals related to Enrollment, Student Persistence, and Attendance. APOs are responsible for the school's operational infrastructure, ensuring smooth daily operations, managing recruitment efforts, advocating for families to drive attendance, and leading operations teams. They partner with instructional and student services leaders to remove barriers to learning and create environments where staff and scholars thrive.
