Administratively, the position requires effective communication, personnel management, fiscal responsibility, and appropriate use of technology. The Assistant Principal will also focus on equity by assuring educational practices that address the needs of all students and upholding high academic expectations. Community relations involve engaging families and community members, while professional responsibilities include understanding student support services, assessment strategies, and relevant laws and regulations.
