About The Position

Columbia Academy Kendall Ridge is seeking an Assistant Primary/Preschool Teacher to join their team. This role involves assisting with the implementation of age-appropriate curriculum, preparing and organizing learning materials, and supervising children during all activities to ensure a safe and positive learning environment. The position also focuses on supporting educators with resources for a positive learning environment and offers opportunities for career development and advancement within the Endeavor Schools network.

Requirements

Minimum of High School Diploma or Equivalent
1 yr experience in Early Childhood Education with assigned age group
Ability to work during the hours of operation Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 6 PM, work schedule is based on business needs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated knowledge of various stages of social, emotional and intellectual development
Commitment to ongoing professional development
Physical ability to stand, bend, squat, jump, dance, walk, run, reach carry, lift 50 lbs.
Strong collaboration and communication skills are required.
Patience, a nurturing attitude, and a sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners are essential to this position.
