As a Label Machine Operator, you'll play a critical role in producing high-quality labeling products used by businesses across North America.

Requirements

2+ years of manufacturing, printing, packaging, converting, or machine operation experience preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Experience using measuring devices such as calipers, gauges, and rulers
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Nice To Haves

High School Diploma or GED preferred
Technical or trade school experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and optimize label manufacturing equipment
Troubleshoot machine issues and make adjustments to maintain production efficiency
Monitor product quality and ensure specifications are met
Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs
Accurately record production information using computer systems
Maintain a clean and organized work area following 6S standards
Work closely with Quality, Maintenance, and Production teams to achieve daily goals
Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, quality, and productivity
