About The Position

Gan Academy is a small, warm Jewish preschool where children are known deeply and teachers are supported personally. Our program combines play-based learning, Creative Curriculum, and joyful Jewish values education. Teachers at Gan Academy work in a close-knit environment with small ratios, strong parent relationships, and a director who is actively present, supportive, and committed to helping teachers succeed. The school emphasizes warmth, respect, kindness, and helping children grow socially, emotionally, academically, and spiritually. Gan Academy is hiring a Lead Preschool Teacher to work primarily with children ages 3–4. This teacher will help lead the classroom day to day, build strong relationships with children and families, support play-based learning, and help implement curriculum and child goals.
