About The Position
The Learning Experience is seeking a caring, creative, and dedicated Assistant Preschool Teacher to help children learn, play, grow, and thrive in a positive and engaging environment. This entry-level position partners with other preschool teachers to implement the company’s proprietary curriculum and use its characters and resources to make learning fun. The role supports children’s academic and emotional development while helping maintain a welcoming, safe, and engaging classroom. It also involves communicating with parents and families about children’s activities and achievements.
Requirements
- Genuine passion for the education and care of children.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Meet applicable state licensing requirements for the role.
Nice To Haves
- Early childhood education (ECE) coursework preferred.
Responsibilities
- Partner with preschool teachers to implement the proprietary curriculum and use engaging characters to support children’s learning.
- Maintain quality compliance and health and safety standards in classrooms and programs.
- Collaborate with peers to create a positive working environment and welcoming, engaging space for children.
- Communicate with parents and families about children’s activities and achievements through mobile apps and personal discussions.
