About The Position

Cranfield Academy Wake Forest, part of Endeavor Schools, is seeking an Assistant Pre-K Teacher to help create a safe, positive learning environment for children. The role assists with implementing age-appropriate curriculum, preparing and organizing learning materials, and supervising children during activities, including meals and naptime. The teacher also supports children’s development and growth and helps create a harmonious environment for children and fellow teachers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• NC Early Childhood credential or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Patience, a nurturing attitude, and a sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners.

Nice To Haves

• AA or BA in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementing age-appropriate curriculum.
