We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and people focused Assistant Property Manager to help drive the daily operations of a high performing multifamily community. This role brings together high impact customer service, operational excellence, and hands on leadership. It’s an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast moving environment and is motivated by creating exceptional experiences for residents, supporting a strong team, and elevating overall property performance. This position is full time in Denver, Colorado. In this hands on position, you will work closely with your Portfolio Manager and team of in house Maintenance Technicians to maintain your portfolio of 15+ apartment buildings.

Requirements

  • Project management experience preferred
  • Experience with Yardi is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service when communicating with residents, vendors, clients, and staff regarding work orders, rent inquiries, security deposits, parking, and more.
  • Manage delinquency and rent collections, including resident outreach, applying late fees, posting notices, tracking payments, and coordinating evictions when necessary.
  • Oversee all Security Deposit processes, from collecting forwarding addresses to assessing charges for cleaning/damages and preparing move‑out documentation for accounting.
  • Administer rentable items such as parking, storage units, and bike storage.
  • Stay organized and efficient using Microsoft Suite to schedule tasks, manage projects, and maintain accurate records.
  • Support maintenance operations, including supervising maintenance staff, coordinating renovations and unit turns, managing service requests, and handling supply pickups.
  • Provide leadership and guidance by delegating tasks and supporting staff as needed.
  • Engage with a diverse resident population, listening actively and responding thoughtfully to their needs.
  • Adapt quickly to changing situations while working within company policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support property operations

Benefits

  • $54,000 - $56,000 estimated annual income including commissions, bonus and over time (paid hourly $24.04-$25.00)
