The Assistant Pool Manager is responsible for ensuring a safe, clean, and enjoyable pool environment while delivering exceptional guest service. This role oversees pool operations and leads a team of Food & Beverage staff and cabana attendants, ensuring they are well‑trained, equipped, and able to respond to guest needs. The Pool Manager must demonstrate strong leadership, effective communication, and sound decision‑making skills, along with a solid understanding of pool maintenance and safety standards. A guest‑focused mindset and the ability to address concerns promptly and professionally are essential to providing an outstanding pool experience. Adheres to all Company, Safety and Department policies and procedures. Fosters teamwork and provides excellent guest service, anticipates guest needs to exceed guest expectations.
