About The Position

Support daily plant operations to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable production. Partner with plant leadership to execute operational plans and performance goals. Promote a strong safety culture through visible leadership and accountability. Coordinate maintenance, production, and quality activities to meet customer needs. Lead, coach, and develop team members to strengthen operational capability.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in aggregate or mining operations, with the ability to mentor teams, drive accountability, and reinforce safe work behaviors in a high risk industrial environment.
  • Minimum of one year of mining or quarry experience, including exposure to material extraction, crushing, screening, and overall aggregate production processes.
  • Strong understanding of plant operations and equipment performance, including fixed and mobile equipment, material flow, production planning, and maintenance coordination.
  • Capability to analyze operational, maintenance, and quality data to identify trends, optimize throughput, improve reliability, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with plant leadership, maintenance teams, quality, environmental, and safety personnel.
  • Commitment to safety, environmental stewardship, and operational excellence
