Requirements

• 1+ years experience in management

Responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining personal training staff at assigned location(s)
• Assisting with interviewing, onboarding, and developing personal trainers and fitness consultants
• Driving sales and sessions and client retention
• Holding performance meetings and workshops with staff
