Requirements

• Experience in parking management roles
• Strong driving skills with a valid driver’s license; experience operating various vehicle types is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in diverse settings
• Experience in cashiering and cash handling with attention to accuracy and accountability
• Familiarity with parking operations or retail math enhances your ability to manage daily tasks efficiently

Responsibilities

• Supervise parking attendants and staff to ensure efficient vehicle handling and customer interactions
• Oversee payment transactions, including cashiering duties and accurate transaction recording
• Maintain clear communication with team members, guests, and management to address needs promptly
• Monitor parking lot conditions, ensuring safety protocols are followed and the area remains secure
• Conduct regular inspections of parking facilities, identifying maintenance needs or safety hazards
• Implement retail math principles to manage cash registers, reconcile transactions, and prepare reports
