About The Position

Penn State Dickinson Law invites applications from both entry-level and junior lateral candidates for a tenure-track faculty position (Assistant or Associate Professor of Law), with an anticipated start date of July 1, 2027, at our University Park, Pennsylvania location. We are seeking candidates to annually teach Contracts and Sales alongside two courses of their scholarly interest and our institutional need. Candidates may bring a wide range of qualifications, including relevant teaching or practice experience, judicial clerkships at any level, interdisciplinary scholarly work, or post-J.D. studies, degrees, or certificates. The University prioritizes regular on-site presence to support full engagement in the campus community. Full-time, tenured or tenure-track faculty are expected to teach in-person and work on-site.
