Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree
• Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) (OB/GYN, Abdomen), RDCS or CCI (Adult)
• Two (2) years of clinical experience as a Sonographer
• Prior teaching experience in a General or Adult Echocardiography program
• Demonstrated experience or significant potential to build a team
• Proven experience working within a cross-functional environment
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry and its trends
• Has effectively worked with diverse populations

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree
• Previous experience as a clinical or program director
• A record of scholarly accomplishments
• Experience developing and implementing simulation activities
• Experience utilizing a learning management system while teaching (e.g., Canvas, Blackboard)
