Our synergetic EthosPLUS team is seeking a full-time Assistant Operations Manager (AOM) to assist the Operations Manager in overseeing the work and activities of Field Investigators within their assigned territory. This leader will help communicate company directives and strategy to investigators, provide timely feedback to management regarding investigator morale, successes, and concerns, and also consider client needs.

  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing case updates for clients' daily review, ensuring content accuracy and proper grammar.
  • Review and assess the prior day's investigator performance based on timeliness, quality of investigation, quality of report, and video credit.
  • Assign surveillance cases to investigators, considering proximity, cost-effectiveness, and balanced labor utilization.
  • Coordinate with Operations Managers, Field Investigators, and Field Agents in Charge (FAC) to ensure accurate and efficient completion of case objectives.
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients regarding their cases under the supervision of Operations Managers.
  • Review vendor invoices for accuracy and approve them once confirmed by Operations Managers.
  • Support regional staffing needs and assist in managing staffing levels based on projected growth.
  • Review investigator timecards for accuracy and approve them once confirmed by the Operations Manager.
