We're looking for a dependable, hands-on supervisor to keep our installation crews and production floor running smoothly. You'll make sure jobs get done on time, work meets our quality standards, and customers leave happy.
Requirements
- Comfortable working in the field and the shop, not just behind a desk.
- Strong communicator — with crews and customers alike.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Solid problem-solver who can make decisions under pressure.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in cabinet, millwork, construction, or manufacturing is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Team: Schedule and manage installation crews and shop personnel.
- Visit job sites regularly to check quality and keep things on track.
- Handle Customer Issues: Be the go-to person when a customer has a problem with their installation.
- Call customers directly to troubleshoot and resolve complaints.
- Own the issue start to finish.
- Support Production: Review project details before work begins to catch mistakes early.
- Prepare cut lists and order materials for each job.
- Work with the design team to make sure everything lines up before production starts.
- Maintain Equipment: Keep shop machines running, including edge bander, CNC machine.
- Handle basic troubleshooting and repairs; schedule preventive maintenance.
- Make sure all vehicles and tools are clean and in good condition.
