We're looking for a dependable, hands-on supervisor to keep our installation crews and production floor running smoothly. You'll make sure jobs get done on time, work meets our quality standards, and customers leave happy.
Requirements
- Comfortable working in the field and the shop, not just behind a desk
- Strong communicator — with crews and customers alike
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Solid problem-solver who can make decisions under pressure
Nice To Haves
- Experience in cabinet, millwork, construction, or manufacturing is a plus
Responsibilities
- Schedule and manage installation crews and shop personnel
- Visit job sites regularly to check quality and keep things on track
- Be the go-to person when a customer has a problem with their installation
- Call customers directly to troubleshoot and resolve complaints
- Own the issue start to finish
- Review project details before work begins to catch mistakes early
- Prepare cut lists and order materials for each job
- Work with the design team to make sure everything lines up before production starts
- Keep shop machines running including edge bander, CNC machine
- Handle basic troubleshooting and repairs; schedule preventive maintenance
- Make sure all vehicles and tools are clean and in good condition
