The Assistant Operations Manager – Environmental Services supports the Operations Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the Environmental Services department. This role assists in establishing and implementing departmental objectives, managing personnel, maintaining service standards, and ensuring operational efficiency throughout Huntington Place. The Assistant Operations Manager plays a key role in workforce planning, training, budgeting, inventory management, vendor relations, and maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests, clients, and employees. This position requires a collaborative leader who can effectively manage multiple priorities while supporting a unionized workforce in a fast-paced event environment.
