About The Position

We are seeking an Assistant Operations Leader to help helm our daily operations and ensure our guests receive a world-class experience. This is the perfect role for a self-starter who thrives in a structured, systems-driven environment. You will work closely with our leadership team to maintain the "Halo Standard," supporting a team of stylists who perform in the top 1-10% of the industry.

Requirements

  • Ability to work a 40-hour week supporting business operating hours.
  • Strong proficiency in technology and social media communication.
  • A professional attitude and a commitment to excellence in all tasks.
  • Experience in a goal-focused, high-volume environment (Luxury Retail, Hospitality, or Premium Service).
  • Meticulous organizational skills.
  • Ability to stay calm and professional when multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • A genuine love for being of service to others.
  • A self-starter with a growth mindset, high literacy, and a willingness to be coached within a professional system.

Responsibilities

  • Acting as the "Lead from the Desk," ensure every guest journey is seamless, professional, and luxe from arrival to re-booking.
  • Using our proven operational "playbook" to manage daily salon flow, optimize stylist schedules, and maintain meticulous inventory standards.
  • Supporting the team in reaching performance goals through clear communication, inspiration, and a commitment to our core values.
  • Ensuring the salon is "stage-ready" at all times, including overseeing front-of-house aesthetics, managing retail (R+Co and Oway), and ensuring all daily checklists are completed with precision.
  • Helping track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and supporting our stylists in staying on track to achieve their individual career goals.
  • Contributing to Salon Halo's reputation, helping organize promotional events and staying active in the local community to drive brand awareness.
