About The Position

The Seasonal Assistant Operational Support is an important member of our Varsity All Star Operations Team, providing support to all the operational members of this department and executing additional job functions. This person should be a self-starter, extremely organized, able to multi-task, and project oriented. The Seasonal Assistant Operational Support will represent Varsity Brands by demonstration of company core values in driving the highest ethical standards of conduct in all business activities.

Requirements

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Ability to problem solve under pressure.
Familiarity with productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suites.
High level of customer service acumen.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with various stakeholders.
High School diploma or related field or equivalent work experience is preferred.
Prior experience in operations, logistics, or a warehouse is preferred.
Prior experience in cheer/dance industry a plus.

Responsibilities

Partner closely with the Warehouse Manager to support daily operations and inventory management.
Assist Logistics Coordinators with inventory control, transportation, and supply chain activities.
Support Event Coordinators and Event Planners with event preparation, organization, and execution.
Assist Production Coordinators with event logistics, equipment management, and operational readiness.
Provide customer service and data entry support for registration processes.
Perform general administrative, clerical, and office support duties.
Serve in various operational and support roles at events as needed.
Assist with and, when appropriate, lead event setup, breakdown, and on-site execution activities.
