Requirements
- Previous dental or healthcare office experience required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Responsibilities
- Support daily operations of a busy dental office within a larger medical center
- Assist in managing front office workflows, scheduling, and patient flow
- Help lead, coach, and support front office team members
- Ensure a high-quality patient experience from check-in to check-out
- Partner with clinical leadership to maintain efficient operations
- Participate in strategic planning initiatives to improve performance and growth
- Track, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics
- Identify trends and opportunities to improve access, productivity, and patient experience
- Assist with reporting, audits, and process improvements
- Help ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
