Requirements

  • High School Graduate or Equivalent- Required
  • Microsoft Office – MS WORD, MS Excel, MS Access experience required
  • Task Prioritization
  • Working Independently
  • Detail Oriented
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and transfer phone calls.
  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence.
  • Run errands.
  • File, retrieve, and scan documents and reports.
  • Create, modify, and produce detailed documents, such as audit reports and associated forms, letters, proposals, and spreadsheets.
  • Inventory and order office supplies.
  • Other administrative functions to assist the company on an as-needed basis.
