About The Position

La Vida Llena, Albuquerque’s premier upscale senior living community, is seeking an experienced Assistant Nutritional Services Manager with a minimum of 3 years' leadership experience in a hospitality-focused healthcare environment. We are not a nursing home or typical senior living center. At our luxury, resort-like community, we are driven to provide our residents with the best hospitality-driven healthcare experience the Albuquerque Area has to offer. You will help drive success in Nutritional Services by continually developing, mentoring, and holding accountable the Nutritional Services team in accordance with their job descriptions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' leadership experience in a hospitality-focused healthcare environment.
• A valid Food Handlers card is required.

Nice To Haves

• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification is preferred.
• ServSafe Food Safety Manager certificate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Continually developing, mentoring, and holding accountable the Nutritional Services team in accordance with their job descriptions.
