The Central Inpatient Unit at Hospice of Cincinnati is a 40-bed unit caring for patients with diverse end-of-life needs. This role supports the Nurse Manager with 24-hour accountability for operations, including patient care outcomes, staff management, quality, service, and financial performance. Provides leadership in delivering compassionate, patient- and family-centered hospice care, including symptom management, end-of-life support, and coordination of interdisciplinary services. Supports goals-of-care discussions, promotes dignity and comfort, and ensures care aligns with hospice philosophy and regulatory standards. Fosters a positive, supportive work environment through leadership, coaching, and staff development.
